TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen proposes to enact a By-Law to stop-up, close and convey to the abutting property owner(s) that part of Lot 6, Concession 2, geographic Township of Belmont, described as all and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the geographic Township of Belmont, in the County of Peterborough and being composed of the following: FIRSTLY: THAT Part of Lot 6, Concession 2, geographic Township of Belmont, described as Part 1 on a Plan deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Peterborough County as Plan 45R-2740, together with a right of way over Part 2 and Part 3 on said Plan 45R-2740 in the said Township and designated as Instrument No. R714178. The proposed By-Law will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at the Havelock-Belmont-Methuen Municipal Office, 1 Ottawa Street East, Havelock, on the 7th day of November, 2016 and at that time, the Council will hear in person or by his/her counsel, solicitor or agent any person who claims that his/her land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
