Hospice Peterborough Join our Peterborough Palliative Care Community Team As our community's hospice hub, Hospice Peterborough, in collaboration with our community partners, is enhancing hospice palliative care services with the integration of a Palliative Care Community Team (PCCT) into our existing services. We have the following opportunity available: Project Manager - Palliative Care Community Team (PCCT) 1-Full Time Temporary (37.5 hours/week) 6 month contract The project manager will play a key role in integrating our PCCT team within our current framework while taking into consideration the growth and change that will occur as we move toward opening a hospice care centre with a residential component. The PCCT model is now part of service delivery within the Central East LHIN and the project manager will need to align the Peterborough PCCT with existing and developing teams while meeting the unique needs of our community.
