With your role as a Glass Technician you will be required to:
Dismantle and reassemble door panels, cowlings and other parts of a vehicle to access the necessary glass on a vehicle.
Repair stone chips on windshields.
Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times.
Assist the sales team in growing volume and profits by identifying new customers and sales opportunities, and ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS
2 years or more of experience in installing auto glass.
Attention to detail and quality, thorough, fast worker.
Initiative, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain our quality installation procedures to clients.
Reliable
Valid driver license (mandatory).
MUST be willing to be cross trained in other aspects of our business.
SCHEDULE
Flexible; Mon to Friday and rotating Saturdays.
